UnitingCare Community Options supports older people, people with disabilities and carers to live at home in their own community. We provide respite, brokerage and case management throughout Melbourne's east and south.

Our staff can provide the support you or your family member need to remain living at home. And our Zest fee-for-service program offers an alternative where you choose the services you need and when.

Our Commonwealth Respite and Carelink teams provide a wide range of services to support carers in their caring roles. These services include respite, planning support, as well as information and referral services.
