Welcome to UnitingCare Community Options. At UnitingCare Community Options, we work in partnership with people who need support to maximise their health, wellbeing, and ability to live at home and participate in community life. We are auspiced by the Uniting Church and part of the UnitingCare network, which supports people throughout Australia. We provide a variety of services for people and their carers in the Eastern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne, including information, referral, practical assistance, planning, facilitation, and coordination of home and community supports.
