Quality
Quality
UnitingCare Community Options continually strives to improve, in its own work processes and in the delivery of service to the people we work with, in order to make our vision of “a good life for all” a reality.
As such, several standing committees that focus on different aspects of our organisation, exist within UnitingCare Community Options. Standing committees play an important role within UnitingCare Community Options, they provide our staff with the opportunity to develop their professional skill-base by contributing to our organisation’s continual improvement, and influence the way our organisation works.
UnitingCare Community Options staff make a one or two year commitment to be involved in important organisational development processes as part of a standing committee. UnitingCare Community Options convenes four standing committees, whose roles are both advisory as well as involving undertaking specific tasks and liaising with staff within our organisation. Standing committees are ongoing in nature and address important areas of service delivery and service processes for UnitingCare Community Options.
