Our Services

Our primary service is to provide individualised planning and support to enable people to remain living at home and participating in the community. 

Our staff use the following funding sources, together with informal networks and community resources, to respond to individual needs and interests.  Eligibility for different programs varies according to guidelines and funding sources; and individual circumstances determine the funding source used to support a person.
