About Us

UnitingCare Community Options provides a range of community-based services for older people, people with disabilities, those with a mental illness, their families and carers as well as other vulnerable and disadvantaged people living in Melbourne's East and South. We are auspiced by the Uniting Church in Australia and belong to the wider UnitingCare Australia network, which consists of more than 400 organisations and provides over 25,000 residential and community care places.

OUR HISTORY

Our first service for older people with dementia was launched in 1987. We now support over 3000 people across Melbourne’s East.
