Pastoral Support and Culture Worker

Playing an integral role in the organisation, you will report directly to the Manager People and Culture and will be responsible for providing pastoral support to staff, volunteers and clients. 
You will also play a key role in developing and coordinating organisational culture initiatives including employee engagement and team building activities, and reward and recognition.
You will also participate in employee relations matters as required.
