ZEST SERVICES
Do you have an Individual Support Package or would you like to access services on a fee-for-service basis? Our Zest services are designed to put you completely in charge. You decide which services you require and when.
The Zest program has been set up to give you access to all of our programs for people currently receiving an Individual Support Package or for people wishing to access services without first needing to have been allocated a government funding package.
The Zest program puts you in complete control. If you decide you want case management for two hours per week for three months, you can get exactly that. If you want someone to pay your bills and organise your invoices, but leave all the other service coordination to you, you can. You can even access the Circles of Support or Community Liaison programs at any time and for however long you wish.
Our Zest services are available to people of all ages and abilities and can provide an effective way of connecting you to the services or support you need without the delays associated with waiting on a funding package.
